12 ways to leave your last child at college

  7. Don't over analyze the event (not every minute needs to be notated in a scrapbook)

  9. Enjoy this time of transition. This is what you've raised him/her to be: independent.

  10. Try to find comical moments. Look for things to smile about.

  11. Remember the good times you've had (memories will be a special friend!)

  12. Release. The child is in God's hands. After all, they're only on loan to us.
